At Krops Rugs, we boast a robust production capacity that allows us to meet large and growing demands while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Our Pitloom production reaches 5,000 sq. mtr. per month, while our Tufting capacity also stands at 5,000 sq. mtr. per month. Additionally, with our Powerloom facilities, we can produce up to 10,000 sq. mtr. per month. This strong production framework enables us to efficiently handle both small bespoke orders and large-scale projects with ease.

Pitloom

At Krops Rugs, we are proud to use pit-looms and hand-looms to create some of our most intricate and unique rug designs. Pit-looms are operated manually, with the weaver controlling the loom's pedals with their feet. This traditional technique has been used for centuries and is known for producing rugs with a distinct texture and feel.

Our pitloom rugs are crafted by skilled artisans who have years of experience working with this time-honored technique. We use only the finest quality materials, including wool, Recycled PET and cotton, to ensure that our pitloom rugs are not only beautiful but also long-lasting and durable.

Powerloom

Our power-loom machines are used to create high-quality, durable rugs quickly and efficiently. These machines are powered by electricity and are capable of weaving complex patterns and designs. Powerloom machines are ideal for producing large quantities of rugs in a variety of sizes and styles.

Hand tufting
